Mrs B…contracted Styal Solutions Ltd to Project Manage the Rear Extension Build from start to finish which included liaising with tradesman and the management of the site day to day activities. Monitoring and organising plant logistics, planning work to meet agreed deadlines and schedules, controlling costs to meet the budget.
