The property in Scholars Green, Congleton was nestled in a beautiful setting with a huge amount of sunshine that was sadly not getting into the rooms, the house was in need of a complete renovation and modernising.  We started by taking down the wall separating the kitchen and dinning room, allowing for the natural light from the from the front of the house to light up this new space. We installed a new large open plan kitchen, with lovely large windows making the space more workable.

We then installed a new downstairs cloakroom and a new main bathroom and opened up the staircase leading to the upstairs of the property.  All the rooms were re plastered, and all the doors were changed to give the house a more modern feel, we finished with the house being decorate from top to bottom. The outside space was also given a makeover, new decking, new patio and a new garden.

The end result, a beautiful new home.
